[VXACE]Utopia VII - Pixel Perfekt+

Utopia is a special place where technology and magic coexist together without any conflict. Build after devastating 300 years war. Now, after 100 years of peace new conflict is coming, that will harm the city and its citizens. But one of the newest citizen will become a hero and will save the Utopia.

But can they protect the city from the greatest evil?
